I provide compassionate, evidence-based, personalized, and integrative care for a broad range of mental health conditions. I commonly help people with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and trauma. I specialize in working with women planning for pregnancy and through the perinatal period, as well as supporting those experiencing infertility, and women facing the hormonal shifts of perimenopause.
After completing medical school, I trained at the University of Colorado Psychiatry Residency Program, where I was the Chief Resident and am now a Clinical Instructor in Psychiatry.
I also completed specialized training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I work together with patients to establish a deeper understanding of themselves – their thoughts, feelings, relationships, patterns, problems, and strengths, and consider how these all combine to affect overall health and well-being.
